STACEY PURDON

 

Stacey has been dancing since she was 9 years old and has excelled in the hip hop style. In 2016 she passed her Major Jazz exam with Honours and gained Special Merit for the final Platinum Hip Hop exam. Stacey will be teaching our senior hip hop classes.

ANNETTE HOOPER

 

Annette started dancing at the age of 5 and established ABH Dance School in 1979, now known as Applause Dance Complex. She successfully passed her Ballet and Jazz exams to advanced level. Annette has over 30 years teaching expeience and is a registered teacher of JDNZ, BAL and NZAMD. Annette teaches Ballet and Jazz classes from Pre-School to Advanced levels.

JODI RUSSELL

 

Jodi started dancing at 3 years old and has been dancing all over the world and performing on cruise ships for over 10 years. Jodi is trained in all dance styles and is a highly qualified Aerial Circus performer and teacher. We are lucky enough to have Jodi back in NZ and she will be teaching our Tap, Ballet Technique, Stretch, Competition Classes and our new Aerial Circus Classes.

ELLA HOOPER

 

Ella started dancing at 2 years old and was competing in dance competitions by 3 years of age. She is trained in all dance styles and choreographs many performances including the performance our dancers took to Disneyland in April 2017. Ella passed her Solo Diploma Exam in 2014 and has 8 years of teaching experience. Ella teaches Competition Soloists, Duos, Trios, Teams & Lyrical classes.

HOLLY ROONEY

 

Holly started dancing at age 4. She trained in all styles in dance and completed all of her dance examinations. Holly Gained her Solo Diploma in 2007 and has over 10 years of teaching experience. We are delighted to have Holly back from maternity leave and taking on our jazz classes.

KIMBERLY MANKIN

 

Kimberly started dancing at the age of 4 and has competed in dance competitions. She has passed her ballet exams to Elementary, Jazz & Hip Hop to Advanced level and has been working with children for 10 years. Kimberly will be teaching our Tiny Dancer classes and our DanceFit classes.

LANA HOOPER

 

Lana has been dancing ever since she could walk. She is studying advanced levels in all styles of dance and competes successfully in solo dance competitions throughout NZ. Lana will be teaching our junior hip hop classes and junior competition students.
